Sharing Google Business Profile Access
Give Neon Moth manager access to your Google Business Profile so we can keep your hours, details, and integrations current, without ever sharing your password.
Why we ask for this
Your Google Business Profile is what people see when they find you on Google Search and Google Maps. It shows your hours, phone number, address, photos, and reviews, and for many customers it's the first impression they get of your business. When your hours change for a holiday, when we connect your profile to your website or other tools, or when something needs correcting, those updates happen inside your profile.
Google lets you add us as a manager using our own Google account. That means we can make updates when they're needed without scheduling a call, waiting on verification codes, or asking for your password. You stay the owner of your profile, and you can see exactly who has access to it.

We recommend the Manager role. It gives us everything we need to keep your profile accurate and connected, and it keeps control of who has access, and of the profile itself, with you.
How to add us
This only takes a few minutes.
- Sign in to the Google account you use for your business, then go to business.google.com.
- Open your Business Profile. If you manage more than one location, select the one you want to share.
- Select More (the three-dot menu), then Business Profile settings, then People and access.
- At the top left, select Add.
- Enter support@neonmoth.com as the email address.
- Under Access, select Manager.
- Select Invite.
That's everything on your end. Google will email us an invitation, and once we accept it, you'll get an email from Google confirming that we've been added.
Google's own instructions are available in their help article: Manage your Business Profile owners & managers
Your account stays safe
You never share your password. We use our own Google account, so your sign-in stays yours and nothing about how you access your profile changes.
You stay in control. As a manager, we can't add or remove other users, can't remove you or anyone else from your profile, and can't delete your profile. Ownership stays with you.
You can see and remove our access at any time. We'll appear by name and email address on your People and access page, and you can remove us in a few clicks. We only use this access for work on your Business Profile and the services connected to it.
How to remove our access
- Go to business.google.com and open your Business Profile.
- Select More, then Business Profile settings, then People and access.
- Select Neon Moth (support@neonmoth.com) from the list, then select Remove person.
Removing our access won't change anything on your profile. Updates we've already made stay in place, and any review replies or posts we published on your behalf remain visible.
